About Craplousy

Crap or not crap?

Let's face it: most movies are just plain awful. That's why we do things a bit differently here. The ratings are backwards from most review sites. The higher the rating the worse the movie is. A movie that's 10% crap is actually a great film.

Most sites let mediocre films hide out with a "middle of the road" rating like 3 out of 5 stars. We don't believe in stars. Stars are lame. There are really only two types of film: crap and not crap. Would you see the movie again? Would you recommend it to a friend? If not, it's crap. No more lurking in the middle ground.
